Spring: Foraging day workshop

A day of foraging and feasting

The day begins with tea and talks. A homemade foraged brew and discussions around what’s in season now, what is to come and what we’ll be looking out for.

Guided foraging is up next, where we hit the foothills in search of our ingredients.

Back to base for a local tipple and cooking workshop followed by lunch.

A shared lunch is served of seasonal, local and foraged ingredients.
